Galooli is a leading innovator of Remote Management & Energy Efficiency solutions with a distinct focus on maximizing fleet and electric power performance. We are now looking for a coherent and reliable Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Job requirements:

  1. Match purchase orders with invoices and prepare vendor payments.
  2. Employee T&E reimbursement and support to payroll.
  3. Conduct reconciliation of the company’s bank accounts, credit card activities and Petty Cash.
  4. Issue invoices to customers
  5. Ensure that receivables are collected promptly.
  6. Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts include Inter-Company account to ensure their accuracy
  7. Responsible for COGS analyze and control.
  8. Perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects.


  1. Bookkeeping Certificate – Type 2+.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a bookkeeper
  3. Previous employment in a global multi-currency working environment
  4. Experience in working with high-tech/startup companies – Advantage
  5. Strong Excel skills – must
  6. Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
  7. Must be a comfortable working team member in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  8. Experience with Netsuite software – big advantage
  9. Strong verbal and written skills in English – must
